Thursday, July 3, 2025 – The Arab Development Society (ADS) welcomed today a delegation from the Palm Farmers Cooperative Association in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, which included the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mohammad Qawasmi, and members of the Board of Directors.
The delegation was received by Mr. Fawzi Shaaban, Chairman of the Board of the Arab Development Society, and Eng. Hasan Al-Ashqar, the Society’s Executive Director.
This initial meeting served as an introductory session during which both parties discussed potential areas of cooperation, and explored the possibility of signing a future memorandum of understanding (MoU) to support joint initiatives.
This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance coordination between Palestinian agricultural and development institutions, contributing to the advancement of the agricultural sector and sustainable development in the Jericho and Jordan Valley region.
