The Arab Development Society in Jericho announces its intention to receive proposals from qualified farmers and agricultural contractors who are interested in working under a sharecropping system in the society's palm groves for the 2025/2026 season, in accordance with the society’s approved terms and specifications.
Managing and implementing all agricultural operations for the date palm trees in the society's farms (including the main farm and affiliated groves), under a sharecropping system based on an agreed percentage of the production.
The applicant must be a farmer or agricultural contractor with proven experience in cultivating and maintaining date palms.
Commitment to providing the necessary labor and equipment to carry out agricultural operations on time.
Acceptance of working under the sharecropping system based on a mutually agreed production percentage.
Full compliance with the society’s terms and technical supervision guidelines.
Fill out the Sharecropping Proposal Form available on the society's website and submit it in person at the society’s headquarters.
Attach the following documents:
A copy of the personal ID.
A brief CV outlining agricultural experience.
Any documents or evidence of prior experience or completed projects in date palm cultivation.
Proposals must be submitted by hand to the Arab Development Society – Jericho, located on Amman Street, during official working hours.
Deadline for submission:
📅 Thursday, 30 October 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon).
Important Note: Submitting a completed Sharecropping Proposal Form is a mandatory requirement for accepting the offer.
The society reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without stating reasons.
The selected farmer or contractor will be contracted under a formal Sharecropping Agreement according to the approved system.
